Invitations with every version handled.

Event planners and invitation designers can design a wedding or event invitation in Wonderblok, try several styles, and ask an AI agent for translated versions, name variations and matching pieces such as a save the date or a seating card. Export as PDF or PNG for printing or sending.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Sound familiar?

An invitation is one design and many versions: two languages, a short digital version, a save the date, a card with the schedule, a thank you. Each version repeats the same typography and ornament with different words.

Design the main card once with the typefaces and colors of the couple or the event. Then let the agent build the companions and the language versions, and spend your attention on the details that make it feel personal.

  • One design, many versions

Languages, formats and companion pieces multiply the work.

  • Text that does not fit

A longer name or a translated line breaks the layout.

  • Last-minute corrections

A changed time or venue means editing every piece.

AN EXAMPLE WEEK

From a first meeting to a full invitation set, in a week

A scenario, not a customer story: what a week can look like when your agent works on the canvas with you.

  1. Monday

    Three styles for the couple

You meet a couple who want something warm and natural, not a template. After the meeting you ask the agent for three directions: an olive and cream botanical style, a deep green with gold lines, and a soft sand tone with a simple serif. You show them the three cards on one canvas and they choose the first.

  2. Tuesday

    The main card

You refine the main invitation. You ask for a vector leaf border drawn with the pen tool, so it stays editable. The couple's names, the date and the venue go in. You adjust the spacing until the card feels calm.

  3. Wednesday

    Two languages, one layout

The families read Indonesian and English. You ask for both versions of the same layout. The Indonesian text is longer, so the agent adjusts the size and tells you which lines changed. You read both versions carefully.

  4. Thursday

    The companion pieces

A save the date, a schedule card for the day and seating cards with each guest's name. They share the typefaces and colors of the main card, so the set looks like one design. You paste in the names yourself.

  5. Friday

    The venue changes

The reception moves to another hall. You tell the agent. It updates the address on the main card, the schedule and the digital version, and lists each place it changed. You check them and approve.

  6. Next week

Export for the printer and for sending

You export PDFs for the printer and PNG for the digital version. Before sending files off, you ask the printer for their size, bleed and color requirements, and check the export against them.

BEFORE AND AFTER

What changes once your agent has a canvas.

WITHOUT A DESIGN FILE

  • One invitation turns into a pile of files: two languages, a digital version, a save the date.
  • A longer name or a translated line breaks the layout.
  • A changed time or venue means editing every piece by hand.
  • Showing several styles to a client takes hours of extra drawing.
  • Ornaments are copied from pictures and cannot be adjusted when the client asks.

WITH WONDERBLOK

  • Three directions are on the canvas after one meeting, and the client chooses.
  • A second language is a request, and the agent tells you where text got tighter.
  • A changed venue is one request, and you can see every piece it touched.
  • Companion pieces share the same typefaces and colors as the main card.
  • Ornaments are vector paths, so they can be edited, resized and reused.

HOW IT WORKS

Event and invitation designers: the workflow, step by step.

Each step shows what you ask for, what you get, and the features behind it.

  1. 01

    Connect an AI agent first

Wonderblok is the canvas, and an AI coding agent does the drawing: Claude Code, Codex or Claude Desktop. You need one of them connected before anything else. They come from their makers and are not part of Wonderblok. The app sets up the connection for you. After that, you work in plain language. Your files stay on your computer, which suits a client's private details.

    MCPLocal files

You get: Your agent can see and change your design file.

  2. 02

    Try several styles

Describe the event, the mood and the colors. Ask for three directions on one canvas so the client can compare. Each uses a different typeface and palette. It is much faster to delete two directions than to draw one by hand.

    Frames and auto layoutFonts

    YOU SAY

Design three wedding invitation directions at 148 by 210 mm in proportion: olive and cream with leaves, deep green with gold lines, and sand with a plain serif. Use the names Dewi and Raka, Saturday 14 March.

You get: Three cards side by side for the client to choose from.

  3. 03

Save the colors and fonts as tokens

When the client chooses, the colors and typefaces become tokens. Every companion piece uses them. If the client says the green is too dark, you change one value and the whole set follows.

    TokensFonts

    YOU SAY

Save the olive, cream and gold of the chosen card as tokens, and set the display and body typefaces as tokens too.

You get: A style that every piece in the set shares.

  4. 04

Draw the ornament and the monogram

Borders, leaves, flourishes and a monogram of the couple's initials can be drawn with the pen tool as vector paths. They stay editable, so you can make a border thinner or a leaf larger later. Boolean path operations are limited today, so shapes are combined by drawing paths.

    Pen tool and vector pathsTokens

    YOU SAY

Draw a simple leaf border with vector paths in my olive token, and a monogram with the initials D and R inside a thin circle.

You get: Ornaments that you can still adjust when the client asks.

  5. 05

    Make the language versions

Give the agent the text in each language, or ask it for a draft and have a native speaker check the wording. It keeps the layout and adjusts type sizes so longer lines fit. It tells you where it had to change something.

Frames and auto layoutSeveral sizes in one file

    YOU SAY

Make an Indonesian and an English version of the main card with the same layout. Use this Indonesian text. Adjust the type size so the longer lines fit, and tell me what changed.

You get: Both versions, with a list of lines that were tightened.

  6. 06

Build the set of companion pieces

A save the date, a schedule card, seating cards and a digital version are the same design in different shapes. Ask for them from the tokens of the main card. For seating cards, paste the names yourself. Wonderblok does not keep a guest list.

    TokensComponentsSeveral sizes in one file

    YOU SAY

From the same tokens, make a save the date, a schedule card with the akad at 09.00 and the resepsi at 11.00, and a seating card for each of these 12 names.

You get: A matching set that looks like one design.

  7. 07

    Handle changes, then export

Leave notes for changes. The agent updates every piece, says what it touched, and you can revert any edit. When the set is final, export PDF for the printer and PNG for sending. Ask the printer for their size, bleed and color profile requirements first, and check your export against them. Wonderblok does not send invitations. You send them yourself.

NotesChange history and revertExport PDF, PNG

    YOU SAY

The reception is now at Gedung Seruni, Jalan Melati 5. Update every piece and list each place you changed.

You get: A set that is corrected everywhere, and exports ready to check.

WHAT TO LOOK AT

The features that matter most to you.

  • MCP connection

Your agent produces the versions and companion pieces, and you spend your time on taste and detail.

  • Frames with auto layout

A longer name or a translated line pushes the layout instead of breaking it.

  • Pen tool and vector paths

Borders, leaves and monograms stay editable when the client asks for a change.

  • Tokens

Colors and typefaces are shared by the whole set, and a change reaches every piece.

  • Fonts

Wonderblok bundles several families, and you can add your own font files.

  • Any frame size

A card, a digital version and a seating card sit in one file.

  • Components

Draw a seating card once and reuse it for every name.

  • Notes and change history

A changed venue is one request. You see what changed and can revert any edit.

  • Export PNG, SVG and PDF

PDF and SVG for the printer, PNG for sending. Ask the printer for their requirements first.

  • Files stay on your device

A client's names, dates and venue are saved on your own computer.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Can I design a wedding invitation in Wonderblok?

Yes. Make a frame at the card size, set the type and ornament, and export as PDF or PNG.

Can I make bilingual invitations?

Yes. Ask the agent for another language version of the same layout and check that longer lines still fit.

Can I draw ornaments?

Yes. Use the pen tool to draw ornaments and borders as editable vector paths.

Is it print-ready?

Export PDF or SVG and confirm your printer's size, bleed and color profile requirements first.

Can Wonderblok send invitations or hold my guest list?

No. It designs the pieces. It does not manage guest lists, collect RSVPs or send anything. You paste in the names you need on cards, export the files, and send or print them yourself.

Can I trust the Indonesian or English wording the agent writes?

Use it as a draft. An agent can lay out text and suggest wording, but a native speaker should read every language version, especially for formal wording and names. The agent can flag where text no longer fits. It cannot promise that the wording is correct.

Do I need a coding agent, and what does it run on?

You need an AI agent connected: Claude Code, Codex or Claude Desktop, set up separately from Wonderblok. The desktop app is for macOS today, with other systems coming soon. The Free plan includes 100 MCP calls a week, enough to try one invitation. A full set for several clients is what Pro is for.
